Bortech Company Inc.  realizes that our most valuable assets are our employees. Understanding the vital and important role each employee of this company plays, it is the commitment of this company to ensure that our employees are provided a work environment that allows them to work in the safest manner possible.

 

Management's highest priority at Bortech Company Inc.  is to support and participate in the implementation and continuing enhancement of providing a safe working environment for all our employees. The safety and health of our employee's must never be compromised. We realize that no project is so important, no task so urgent, that we cannot take the time to do it safely.

 

It is essential that each employee, particularly supervisors, be fully aware of the responsibility they must accept and undertake in order to realize an accident free work environment.  Our policy will be Zero Accident Tolerance.
